Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP)
I’m a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist (MBACP) offering both in-person and online sessions. My approach is honest, supportive, and collaborative — I believe therapy works best when we build a relationship where you feel safe, understood, and able to explore what’s going on in your life.
I work integratively, which means I draw on different approaches depending on your needs. This might include person-centred therapy, DBT techniques or mindfulness-based strategies. Together we’ll find a way of working that feels right for you.
I have five years’ experience supporting people through issues such as anxiety, grief and bereavement, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before qualifying as a therapist, I spent many years volunteering with organisations including Samaritans, Mind and Skyline where I worked with neurodiversity and the LGBTQ community. This gave me valuable insight into supporting people at some of the hardest points in their lives.
Whether you’re looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, I aim to provide a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin making the changes that matter to you.
