Alison Bradley
Occupational Therapist and Life Coach
Hi, I’m Alison — a qualified Occupational Therapist and Life Coach with over 28 years of NHS experience. I specialise in emotional wellbeing, resilience, and negotiating significant life changes/transitions, working with both adults and young people. My background includes work in adult community mental health services and many years within specialist CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services).
At Adapt2Achieve, I support people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for change — whether that means; managing stress, coping with long-term health conditions, rebuilding after burnout, or finding more balance and purpose.
My approach is different from traditional counselling or CBT. I combine therapeutic understanding with practical, action-based coaching. We don’t just talk about what’s going on — we work together to build routines, develop practical strategies, and take steps towards the life you want.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, low mood, fatigue, or feeling lost in a life transition, sessions are tailored to your needs. They’re compassionate, grounded, and focused on what you can do to move forward — reconnecting with your strengths and taking back control.
Sessions are available in person in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, or online anywhere in the UK.
If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to hear from you.
Let’s work together to create meaningful, lasting change.
